I placed my order on 2/2/18 and I haven't seen any update. It hasn't even shipped. This is my first online order and it's not looking so good for the future. I'm concerned.

Sometimes Sephora is slow...did you get two day shipping? I’ve ordered two day shipping and it will arrive up to five business days later. I think it’s because it might take a few days for them to pack and ship the products. If you haven’t, I’d wait at least another day before getting too worried.

Actually I did. And it's been five, going on six days. I know it takes time to ship but not that long. It should not still look the same way as the day I submitted the order for sure.
