Damaged

I bought the tatcha box set per representative recommendation on 9/26. I travel for work and wanted to try the product first so that’s why she recommended the set. I absolutely love it so far. When i opened the box the camellia cleansing oil was slightly leaking but i thought nothing of it plus had to travel the next morning. It leaks everytime i fly and pack it and now all of the camellia oil has leaked completely out. It’s a great product but doesn’t seem the greatest to travel with and i feel it was a waste of money. I’ve only had it for about 2weeks and unless i put it in a ziploc bag, it gets everywhere and the oil is great to cleanse your face but not great to clean spills in luggage. Is there any way to exchanged the damaged one? Has anyone else experienced this?
