Damaged product

Hello I made an order April 13th and I ordered the Dior mascara kit but I opened it today and it’s clumpy and I weird texture. I had the mascara before and tried it and it’s not suppose to be like that: I returned the other one to get the value set but I didn’t expect the mascara to be like this and some got wasted it closing it because it’s clumpy. What do I do? If I go return it at the store I’ll have to pay more because I had a discount on it that’s not fair
