Damaged product

I got my order today and the packaging was damaged also I am scared to use it because the box of my foundation came with out a seal, foundation was leaking when I opened the box up for the foundation. When I looked at my samples I only got 1 of the 3 I ordered, I get it you don't have the products in stock but if you don't have them in stock why not send me a email saying that or send me other products instead. Lastly the single eyeshadow I got looked like someones finger print was on it like as if someone had tested it out I didn't use my money to get half used products.
