Damaged product in online order

I received a Natasha Denona palette that I had ordered in the mail today, and one of the shadows was slightly smashed. I tried to press it back into place, but I think its integrity has been compromised because glitter goes all over the place when I try to open or close the palette. Can someone help me with this? Thanks.

See if the palette is available at your local Sephora, you can just exchange it for a new one.
