Damaged palette

I was SO excited for my Nars skin deep palette to come in today only to find one of the pans to be completely damaged. I was really looking forward to using it this weekend too 😞 Am I able to return in store if it’s an online exclusive? Also I used PayPal and a gift card to pay for it, will I just get a gift card in return?
