Damaged item in online order

Hi, 
I literally just received my order a few hours ago, but was devastated to find the foundation glass bottle in my order to be cracked with product spilled all over. I also did not receive my two samples requested. 
Can a mod please PM me for assistance on what to do? This is the first time this has ever happened to me.
