Damaged goods?

I placed an online order on the 12th and I'm currently in university in the mist of midterm week so I didn't have the chance to open this package until now. I order both the moondust palette and the clay play palette. I was wondering if the moondust palette should have a plastic sleeve on it or not. It also has nick in one of the eyeshadow. The clay play looked like bits and pieces have cracked off since the plastic sleeve is pretty dirty plus it has a nick on one of the eyeshadow as well. Also one of the names of the palette has slightly worn off which is weird considering it's suppose to new. Has anyone had similar issues ? I'll be calling customer service tomorrow when it opens
