@Damaged, broken, unsealed and used products and NO free samples that are missing

  • my last order I purchased a #Fenty Skin Cherry Treat Conditioning + Strengthening Lip Oil-.19 oz / 5.6 mL. The box had no seal, and the brush inside the bottle was missing. Plus the contents smelled old and was hard to scrap out when I tried to use a lippy brush.
  • I’ve ordered 4 samples and NOT ONE arrived! This had happened in with my previous 4 orders.
  • #2Customer Service does not care! Very disappointed with them. I’m a Rouge member and that means nothing for a response or explanation or apologyThey give out mini samples, which should not be limited to just a little packet. They may be keeping the gifts with purchase, for themselves or they make us use “points” for products that should have been given as gift with purchase.

Most cosmetic counters give you heaps of sample for trying, which is a gr8 way to promote products.

Very disappointed 😶🌫️🧐🤔🤔🤔🤔🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Once again, no samples. What is the shipping department doing?

Plus I had a bad reaction to this product lay ordered.

Not impressed. 
Not going to stay with Sephora, use my points and leave.
