Damaged Pat McGrath Palette

During the holiday sale, I ordered the Pat McGrath MTHRSHP Sublime Bronze Temptation palette. Unfortunately I just opened the box and one of the shadows - Supernova - is completely destroyed! I am so upset and really just don’t know what to do. Does anyone know if I can get a replacement?
