Damaged Packaging

My friend bought me and out other friend Alyssa Edwards palettes online and gave them to us today and her's is perfect mine looks like the cover was drug on the ground, the plastic isn't over the mirror and the plastic over the brush is missing, though it was still in the bubble wrap inside the outside packaging. What can be done? I'm kinda let down because Sephora is a high end store and I was looking forward to this palette.
