Damaged Gift card

I was Gifted a Gift Card for my Birthday and the Card number and pin number are scratched! When I went to the Store to use the Scan Part it didn’t work either. Does anyone know what to do?

@huhnsbel, I'm sorry to hear this! The pin and card number are required to redeem the gift card online. If the gift card was purchased from Sephora directly and you have the receipt, we may be able to look into it further. It looks like your private  messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). @huhnsbel I would contact the phone number on the back of the gift card.
