Damaged Colour Pop

Hi,

 

I ordered the new Colour pop Golden state of mind palette and received it Friday but it was damaged. 90% of my ordering is done on line because I do not live close to a Sephora and I have never had an issue before. Im not sure what to do? It would be a good distance for me to return it to a store and seeing as they do not carry Colour pop instore in Canada yet ... even if I made the trip I would not be able to exchange it. Im afraid that it would cost me money to return it by mail? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It looks like a beautiful palette and I would love to get a undamaged one. Thanks in advance!

if if you haven't looked over the page below already, it should help! It includes the steps for how to return an item by mail and print off your free shipping label.

you'll need to place another new order for the same palette, though, since you can't do exchanges by returning an online purchase by mail.
