Damaged Card

Hi!

 

My daughter received a Sephora Gift Card for Christmas, which our ridiculous dog ate. We have the original purchase receipt from the gifter. Can the card be re-issued?

@KQGee, I'm sorry to hear this! If the gift card was purchased from Sephora directly (not a third-party retailer) and you have the receipt, we can look into it further for you. Yes! In fact if you go to the exact store or any Sephora it was purchased from it can work! How much did the card have in it?
