DR DENNIS Gross Colloidal sulfur mask

Just purchased Dr Dennis Gross colloidal sulfur clay mask and they say it's suppose be creamy but mine is extremely dry and quite difficult to apply. Is it supposed to be this texture or creamy?? I want to return the product and get a new one but it's out of stock and no store are carrying it. I've also used my 500 points and I know returning for a  refund will cause me to lose my point. Customer service,  PLEASE HELP
