Worst experience and worst customer service. Ordered during the VIP 20% off and placed an order over $400 and opted for the trial of same day unlimited. Received an email after 8pm that my order was delivered at 2:38pm. Nothing was delivered to my address and I have front door cameras to confirm. Customer service DID NOTHING. I have to follow up in 3 days once the issue has been looked into and which is absolutely ridiculous. Be very careful when signing up for this TERRIBLE service, don’t do it. The fact that with an order amount that large they don’t take a photo or require a signature is horrendous. Will post the resolution once this has been dealt with to let you know how it plays out.
