Please by all means if you need to return an item GO INTO THE STORE!!! Sephora uses cheap fed ex sure post for returns. I sent back an item to Sephora on 11/27/24 I checked tracking and the package hasn’t moved since 12/2/2024 today is 12/16/24. I sent another package back to a reputable company on the same day!!!!!and they received the package back in days!!!! Fed ex says Sephora can file a claim so I called Sephora and they refused, I was told to wait 30 days. This is unfair I have waited long enough It’s only 72.00 but I don’t care if it was 7.00 I want my money!!!!  I am so tired of this bootleg beauty business misusing consumers, ULTA WOULD NEVER!!!

@ScenTee I'm sorry for the wait! It can take up to 30 days from the time your order is returned to us to be received and processed. If you do not receive your return confirmation by 12/27, please reach back out and we will be happy to look into this for you.

30 days from when my return is received! What if you never get it?? The package has been stuck in Mississippi since 12/2 this is crazy!!! And please leave the pre recorded apologies out,  this WILL be resolved before 12/27
