Sephora Scam....bought my daughter a GC and disregarded ALL the COMPLAINTS of some digits rubbing off when you reveal Card# and PIN# people of posted here. I just got off of a chat with Sephora Customer Service and she said since the card was DAMAGED...there was nothing she could do. This is RIDICULOUS!!!! The card was rubbed off as instructed. It is not like there was excessive rubbing as most info is still there. Definitely losing a customer here....ULTA HERE I COME!!

Thank you for response.  I can see the 1st 12 digits.  Can you send instruction on how to turn on private messages?  Will look at profile to figure out as well.
