DID NOT RECEIVE 500 PTS FOR $75 Purchase

Can somebody pls help me? I made a purchase in excess of $75 on perfume from Sephora at Kohls (it was OOS at regular Sephora). While the app is congratulating me and saying I did  receive the 500 points, they are not appearing in my account! I paid in full with my credit card...no gift certificates nor rewards were used. Where are my points? Now your phones and chat is supposedly down. I have to be honest, 2024 was the 1st yr since the BI program started that I wasn't Rouge.  I wad sick of getting zero perks as a Rouge member! I have shifted majority of my purchases over to ulta and never, ever have problems. Cuerently Diamond with over $650 in reward $$$ points. I buy one thing from Sephora to get 500 points and there's already a problem. It's unacceptable. And why no customer service at all right now??? Please get back to me!!

Also, I can't post all of this info online clearly. I don't really know how to use this site or find you and or your responses. I took me forever to figure out how to send houca message. Please just get bsck to me via email or direct message. This is giving me a headache. I want my darn points or items are being returned. Asap.

I just sent you a message I believe. I'm too old foe this nonsense. I also have a broken wrist and thumb. I have my order number, the purchase was in excess of $90. I received yet another notification saying "Way to go" for EARNING 500 points  but no points were added. What do you need. I want this done and over with. Clearly Seohora needs ro get there act together. 

Angela C. --See message  I sent u. Notifications on. No excuse to not get back. Will be filing an official complaint if this is not rectified immediately. This is ridiculous. So done with sephora. No i remember why I don't shop there anymore. Lol
