Customer service

I just wanted to recognize great customer service I received over the phone from Kevin Perez today around 10.35AM. I stayed on the line for phone survey but accidentally hung up, so wanted him receive credit. He was very pleasant and took care of my order changes so that I didn't have to do it myself. I appreciate him taking extra effort to assist me. Thank you!
