Customer service unavailable

Hello, I've been a rouge member for many years. Last week I placed an order in the savings event, but it got cancelled for no reason and I didn't get any notification. I found it last night and tried to place the order again before the sales end, but my order was cancelled again. I was trying to reach out the customer service, but no one answer the phone and the chat is unavailable all the time. I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this situation?
