Customer service sucks

Two week ago they had a 20% off sale for ROUGH VIB and I spent 200$ on my christmas gifts for my friend. Normally I don't spent too much since I'm saving for my wedding. But i know sephora has only 2 big sales in a year so I thought I would go for it. The tracking said it was delivered 3 days ago and i checked , it was no where to be seen. i asked my neighbors also but they didn't see it. I had to call sephora and waited for 30 mins to hear that basically I'm gonna lose my 200$ . they told me i will get the email regarding to this issue, but no email i received yet. I'm gonna have an early xmas party next week, let's say I'm going to buy the same presents for my friends and I still can't get the discount that I had 2 weeks ago. I'm so mad because I never had any problem with Sephora, and I never have to write complain about them.I don't want to sit here and wait for their email about how UPS gonna investigate (I can guess where the investigate gonna go). I lost several packages with Amazon but I never have to wait for their email, and they always get their actions right away, they even send me new packages.
