Customer service&missing items

Horrendous. Will not be ordering online anymore. First time ordering from sephora and last time. Everything was just thrown in the box missing samples i picked out. I called about it and got such a tude saying that the samples arent always available so i guess its okay tojust send nothing. That seems like false advertising. Get it together.
