Customer “service” & annual delays-unacceptable

Been waiting for my order to process since 11/9, rep doesn’t even read my message, doesn’t even try to make his lies make sense. Do better Sephora

@RinMUA We are experiencing some delays due to our recent Holiday Savings Event and I'm sorry for the wait. I see that your order was recently shipped. Your package should arrive on or around the date that was listed at checkout prior to submitting your order. I also recommend monitoring your tracking information for updates. @RinMUA I have two orders still processing. It gave me delivery dates at checkout and on my account.
