Customer Support so frustrating

One of the Dyson air wraps was on sale (today only) and I wanted to get it but I knew the April sale was coming up. I contacted support to see what my best bet would be- either use 2500 of my points for $100 off in combination with the Dyson sale today OR wait until the rouge sale and use my 20% off. I asked all of the questions and she made it sound like it’d be no problem to use the rouge credit with the Dyson offer today. 

long story short it wasn’t working so contacted support again and they were pretty rude! The first guy made it sound like he was going to “correct it”. I took that to mean he was going to help me fix it. But then he said he was just “correcting” what the previous agent said to me…and gave me a lot of attitude 😞 so I asked to speak to someone else. That person told me she couldn’t find in the notes where it said they would honor it and so I went to my email to get the chat transcript to show her where the previous person said that…AND SHE ENDED THE CHAT because I didn’t immediately respond! 

I’m so beyond annoyed! I thought the first person was so helpful but then I just find out they told me a bunch of bologna I guess!! I was about to spend a lot of money at the sale but now I don’t want to give them any of my money!
