I hope that people who need help will see this post. 

I had a problem that I was hoping that Sephora would make right, and they did! 

If you have any problems or questions, please please take a second to send an email. They are prompt and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. I wish everybody had such wonderful customer service, it would make life so much easier. No need to be nasty with them, just a simple email explaining my problem, and they are right on it. Thank you, Sephora, for helping me and making it a pleasant experience!
