Customer Service Please Assist With Beauty Insider Points No Refunded

Hello 

I returned the rewards from the order that I used my points for because I did not like them had the same products from playbox and decided to save my points. I was informed it would take up to 4 weeks to see all points returned to my account its been 6 and nothing has been refunded please assist thanks

Well thats not fair as my rewards were taken! They refunded in past events and the store clerk didnt bat a lash said no problem took my rewards so how do I obtain my rewards back?
