Customer Service Feedback for Sephora Call Line

Hello,

How do I leave feedback for customer service I received over the phone? I called 1-877-SEPHORA yesterday (Saturday, Dec. 18) at approximately 5:30pm MST and made a mistake while doing the phone survey. But I would like my feedback on the record because the rep that assisted me, John, was extremely helpful and understanding. He went out of his way to contact the brick-and-mortar Sephora to help me with a complicated online order. He provided wonderful customer service and I would like for him to be recognized for it! Thank you!
