Curbside

Are any of the stores offering curbside pickup? That would be a great alternative to this shipping problem? Or even an order online and pickup in store option that’ll be a great addition and would allow people to get the products sooner. Because i have a cart full of stuff worth almost $400 but i don’t want to wait three weeks to receive these items

yeah but ulta doesnt carry Drunk Elephant.  I am so  frustrated with Sephora.  Ridiculous.  I purchased some makeup from Bergdorf.  It took them about 5-6 days to get it to me.

5-6 days really isn’t that bad considering what’s going on right now. USPS, FedEx, UPS and Amazon are all so backed up right now from how many people are online shopping. At my store yesterday we filled up a whole entire fedex truck with our orders and they had to skip the rest of their route. I don’t think this is a reflection on Sephora...

100% My last order took two weeks but I survived lol. I agree Curbside would be convenient, but with most locations around me being in a mall, I see how that is too hard to be able to do, especially when everyone would be requesting it.

Why don’t you just don’t 2 day or next day shipping? Plus majority of their locations are located inside of a mall. Smh lol
