Curbside is a joke?

Curious. Why do y’all offer curbside delivery—worse, advertise and market curbside delivery—when your app seems to NOT get any response from the store??? Waiting 20 minutes after showing up and using the app as instructed is a waste of good spirit. Especially when now Im late to pick up a daughter at camp. Finally had to call the store who seemed and sounded like they had no clue I had been waiting. 

y’all do recognize this means I will be ordering from your competition right????
