Credit store

I’m so frustrating I have credit store over $200 and i have been told to use at store only !! Why can they just exchange to gift card so I canbuy online since no store open now because of Corona. The company should solve this problem soon !!!

Hello @pattpapat, unfortunately, at this time, our online system cannot accept in-store credits as a form of payment.  Our stores will eventually re-open, and since the funds on these cards do not expire, they can be used at that time! That being said I can understand your frustration and will be forwarding your feedback and request to the appropriate department for future consideration. Thank you for your message.
