Credit card

I Am so unbelievably frustrated I ordered a Sephora credit card back in January and never received only the bill statement and now it’s been so long I have to make a payment but I can’t do that without the physical card and I called to order a new one honestly thinking I just misplaced and the lady said she send me one and just sent me another bill statement!!! Like so ridiculous and I keep getting collection calls but I can’t login in any way to even pay the account because I don’t have the card and it’s so annoying!! And it is all just ridiculous. Like how are you not gonna provide me with what I need to give you your money back! Makes me never want to shop at Sephora again, just ridiculous, and so frustrating!!

@hayhay456 I'm sorry to hear that! I regret that we don't have access to your credit card account, but I would recommend reaching back out to Comenity so they can sort this out for you.
