Is it possible to pay off my credit card balance in-store sephora? The credit card company has not sent me my physical credit card so there’s no way for me to pay my balance online.

I'm sorry to hear this! Credit card payments cannot be made in store. However please contact Comenity Bank directly to learn when you can expect to receive your card and for assistance with bill pay.
