Credit card rewards

Hello.   I was just trying to plan and order and when I started it said I had $15 in credit card rewards.  When I went to check out I didn’t realize my payment wasn’t set to my Sephora card.   I went back to set it to that card and when I returned to my card the rewards disappeared.  How do I get that back please?   This is not the first time this has happened to me and it’s very frustrating that I use the card for purchases and can’t use the rewards I’m entitled to.  
another problem is whenever I’m in the store and I don’t have my card on me they can never find my account.

I'm sorry to hear this! I recommend signing out and signing back in. While signed in, please try visiting your credit card dashboard (https://www.sephora.com/creditcard) then click Apply Rewards in Basket.
