Credit card payments

Hi! 

im having trouble with paying off my card. My payment is due in a week and on my account, whenever I try to add my bank information, it keeps saying error and that there’s a glitch. 

how else am I supposed to pay off my card? I’ve been having trouble with reaching anyone and it’s getting really annoying. 

any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know this post is old but did you ever get the issue resolved?? I've been having the same problem 3 months now and I'm ready to cancel because I'm tired of wasting my time trying to pay my bill.
