Credit card not linked to account

I got a new Sephora credit card and have been using it and it’s activated but it’s not linked to the app and the app keeps saying “account not active” when I click on the Sephora credit card section. I cannot login.

I’m having the same issue too! Please help I was on hold for an hour and just hung up

I am having the same issue with my card not linked and it saying it’s inactive.

I am having the same problem and the customer service person when I called didn’t have an answer for me! I had to get a new card because mine was stolen and I see the same thing
