Credit application

Hi , I applied for the credit card and I received the under review . That’s ok for I just opened another store card with the same backing bank so I believe that’s why but I’m wondering when I go to my profile it says apply ? I’ve seen many other people say they go their profile and it shows under review . Did I do something wrong or is this normal ? I know my credit was pulled so I don’t want to apply again under my profile. Thanks for any information on this .
