Credit Card is A SCAM

I got approved for the Sephora credit card last week and in the website it said that I can use the temporary card right away. However, when I checkout, it says that the card cannot be used for “security reasons”. I’ve read few threads on Sephora and EVERYONE is having the same problem. It’s been a few days and there is no information on the delivery of the physical card. This is actually a SCAM. I’ve called the Sephora customer service and the Comenity bank at least 10 times and they just keep transferring me to each other. Why do they promote this card if we can’t even use it? Why do I have to wait 10 business days to use my card? This is really frustrating. The customer service actually sucks.

I haven't even received a letter of approval/denial and it's been way over the 10 day period. I've already contacted Comenity bank and they do not help! They said just to reapply but it doesn't allow me to apply again online and they told me to into the store. I never thought I would be going through this with Sephora. It's disappointing because I love shopping here which is why I applied for the card. Why would I reapply again if it says my credit application is under review.

I also got scammed by them twice since opening it (and it’s only been a month)! I want to close the card but the internet says this will hurt my credit score 😞 not sure what to do

 it is. Their website and all avenues of payment, including their phone lines, were down for many months. I finally got a hold of them and CLOSED the account. paid in full and done. Little did I know they reactivated the account they have been charging me for months. For non-payment, reporting to the credit agencies and my credit score dropped 18 points! 

There is a class action lawsuit and I am part of it. If you google it, the link is there.

Hello! Do you know where you can sign up to be part of the class action suit?  I have a terrible experience with them I have been hung up on twice and they say they will reflect my payment and then hang up. This affected my credit score 100pts does anyone know who to call for help? Also should I pay the account?

It’s been 15 days (11 business days) since I ordered the card and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve called the Comenity bank many times for the past week and they’re not helpful at all. They’re just wasting my time. I don’t understand why there is no tracking number. This whole system is problematic. It’s not worth to get this card because you probably won’t even be able to use the %25 off. This is the biggest SCAM ever!!
