Credit Card Shipment

1. I got approved for the credit card in store on Dec 26 2022 and I still haven’t received my card in the mail as of Jan 7 2023. When should I expect to get it delivered? I cant set up my account without the card number so I can’t pay off the card yet.

I'm sorry about this! In general the card should arrive arrive within 10 business days. I'd recommend contacting Comenity Capital Bank so they can look into it for you and determine when you can expect to receive it. Please call:

I recommend reaching out to Comenity Capital Bank directly as they should be able to let you know what type of card you applied for!
