Credit Card Scam

I got the credit card a few months ago and it never showed up. I’ve tried calling the numbers I’ve been giving but I can never connect to a real person, only a robot. I don’t want to claim my card as lost to be able to get a new one, but have the new one not show up either. I’m not able to create an account with the bank as I don’t have the card numbers. I can’t make any purchases with it since it’s not here.

how am I supposed to get a new card, with the verification it will be sent to me????

@annareese21, I'm so sorry for the trouble! Please call 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672) where an agent can help connect you with a representative at Comenity Capital Bank. The cards are mailed out directly by the bank, so they will be able to look into this further for you.
