Credit Card Scam

I have applied for a number of credit cards in the past and I have never had such a poor experience as I have with the Sephora credit card. I have reached out to Sephora customer service and Comenity customer service, but nobody has been helpful at all. Both when you apply for the card and receive your approval, it says that you are able to use the temporary card right away. However, this is a scam. There is no way to use the temporary card because the full card information does not show up on your account. They only provide the last four digits of the card and calling customer service does nothing to help because they just tell you to wait for the physical card to come in the mail. Had I known this, I would not have applied for this card and taken a ding to my credit only to not be able to use the card when I wanted to buy the products that are currently in stock. This is very misleading for anyone applying to the credit card and I would not recommend that anybody use this card as both Comenity and Sephora are extremely unhelpful.
