It’s has been over a month and I still have not received my card. I filed the card lost over the phone almost 2 weeks ago and I still havent received a replacement card. I was told I would have my card by June 28th, it’s now July 19th. I wish I would’ve never gotten a card with this company. I’ve been on hold for over an hour today waiting for someone to come to the phone and no answer. Sephora credit card is a scam and I can’t wait to close this credit card asap. Please do not order a credit card with Sephora. I’ve never had these issues with Ulta.
