Credit Card Account Number

Hello, 

I applied for a credit card and received the physical card in the mail. However, when I attempt to set up my account online I keep getting an error message that tells me my information does not match Sephora records. I have typed in all of my information correctly and have tried multiple times to complete this task. Its also worth mentioning that I was able to use all of the same information I attempted to type in online over the phone when I called in to make a payment. 

Can someone please help me set up an online account so I do not have to call in every time a payment is due.
