Create BI Account Failed

I have had a Beauty Insider account for years, and can use my card in store, but the app and website have never successfully allowed me to log in to Beauty Insider - it always says “Create BI Account Failed”. Is there anyone who has found a solution to this? I’ve called Customer Service a million times in the past, and I have yet to figure out how to fix it. Thanks!

Hello. I’m experiencing the same issue again with my BI account. It continues to log me out online and in the app and it won’t let me reconnect with my birth date.

Hello. I am experiencing the same issue again. Somehow it removed my beauty insider account and when I try to sign back in it just says Create BI Account Failed

The exact same thing happened to me: I've used my BI account for years and earned points, but I always have problem login my BI account online even now.

I am trying to place an order online at this evening, but still failed to login and get BI holiday sale promo discount.

I would love to make a purchase, but couldn't.

Help would be very much appreciated.
