Covid in store credit

Cmon Sephora, I have products to purchase and money that is stuck with you guys in the form of store credit. This wasn’t an issue a few weeks ago but now, it’s been weeks and your answer is consistently to either spend more money out of the bank account to purchase online or wait till stores open. This is hitting all of us hard but the big companies like Sephora should make better arrangements to help individuals during the distressing times. It’s not like I’ve stopped using Sephora products to wash up while at home—it seems cold that you aren’t allowing the store credit to be used online at this time.
