Consistent Shipping Issues and No Samples

I have two orders from November 21st that haven't shipped. I also have an order from December 5th that hasn't shipped. In addition to these three issues, when I get my packages, there are no samples. I understand samples may be swapped due to availability. However, to receive none is highly disappointing. It's one of the perks of shopping with your company. 

 

Please help me resolve these issues. Shopping with your company is a splurge. It should continue to be fun. Thanks.

I also got no samples 😞

I understand it’s a freebie, and let it go when samples get swapped out. But I’m pretty disappointed to get no samples at all.  I just put a $200+ order in today - Hope this gets resolved!
