Connecting phone and email to beauty insider account

I have contacted customer service once already with no help. Here’s the issue: I do not have my B.I. Number or card, otherwise this wouldn’t be a problem at all. I always use my phone number in store and have over 2700 points to redeem as of today (have receipt to prove as well) Every time I login it creates a new BI account. I would like my phone number linked to my Sephora login and can’t grasp why this is that difficult for anyone to do.

Hi! I'm having the same issue. Created a beauty insider account years ago in-store, which is linked to my phone number. I have a separate online account linked with my email and I can't connect the two. I tried signing up for a new beauty insider account online but when I click "join" nothing happens. I'd really like to order some things during the sale so hoping to figure this out without getting stuck on a customer service line for hours!

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!! Then I called customer service and they created a new account for me and now my points are gone!!!

It’s ridiculous. I literally have the receipt for my purchase made less than 3 hours ago that shows how many points I have. I should not have to go through this many hoops for a crappy software that a massive company chooses to use.
