Concern Regarding Moldy Sample Product

I recently purchased a full-size First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads which was part of the Up + Hydrate Bundle Set, and along with my order, I received a sample pack of the Facial Radiance Pads. When I opened the sealed sample pack, I was immediately met with a foul smell. Additionally, the cleansing pads inside were brown with spots on the seal, whereas the pads in the full-size product were white. This leads me to believe that the sample product may be moldy. I am quite disappointed and concerned about the quality and safety of the product. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and advise me on the next steps. I would also like to know if this is a known issue and whether I should be concerned about the full-size product I purchased. Please let me know how you can resolve this matter. I am happy to provide more photos if needed.
