Concealer Applicator Broken

Today My Haus labs concealer applicator broke, it’s only half attached to the wand now. This happen to anyone else? How can I get a replacement wand?

@Ali3141, I'm sorry to hear this! The applicators are not available separately. However, if the item was purchased before 4/24/25, it would follow our previous return policy window, where you can receive a refund if returned within 30 days with proof of purchase; or a store credit or product exchange if returned within 60 days with proof of purchase. I regret that items purchased outside this time frame would not be eligible for return or exchange.
