Complimentary Samples not in the package

My first time posting. Just want to vent out. This is my 3rd online order that the complimentary samples are missing. 

When you buy in stores there's no sample either, how come ask us to pick a sample then there will be nothing in box?

Really disappointing, I wanted to try on perfume first or make up before buying them in full size if I'll like them or not. Usually sephora pick a sample that's simillar or close to the samples you pick but now I guess they don't do it anymore.
